Unable to use date time picker

Hi I create a small database where i save all my data. and I use to download using date time picker control. I have win Xp in my system. I use "MSCOMCT2.OCX" to get this. but now i change my system XP to win 7 . but now i am not able to use this control. i try to use "MSCOMCT2.OCX" in system 32. Then also I am not able to use. Please somebody help me to unable this date time picker. thanks in advance.
