    Question Adding a report section for a subreport

    Hi,



    I have a report for Meeting Minutes and Action Items. Both are controlled and linked together by a PROJECT ID. The detail section of my report contains Meeting Minute information, and user can select a date range for minutes to include.

    I've a separate query for my Action Items, which are pulled into a sub-report. The sub-report is embedded into the Detail section of the report, and the problem I'm having is if I have is if I'm using a single date, my PROJECT ID will only have one set of meeting minutes associated, and my action items appear only once. If I select multiple dates to include in my report, by having the Action Item subform in the same detail section as my Meeting Minutes, my action items repeat with each instance of my meeting minutes.

    I need to create a new section of my report for my Action Items, so that regardless of the number of meeting minutes in the detail section, my Action Items will only show a single time. All should still be grouped within the same PROJECT ID.

    How would I create a new section within my report so I can add my Sub-Report to this section, and have it only appear once for each PROJECT ID when I generate my report?

    Issue resolved, however I cannot figure out how to delete my initial post.
