Probably a dumb question-can I pull email address from access

I'd like to send email to everyone in my access data base. Is it possible to pull all the email address' at once and put them into an email as they should appear. I want to send approximately 240 people the same email newsletter, but don't want to have to input each and every address each time I do this (monthly). If I can't do this with access - are there any data base programs that will allow me to do this? I am computer illiterate, so need very simple answers please.
