    Question Updating through forms

I've a small question, which relates to the way we're going to use Access in our company. It is going to be used to keep loads of contacts up to date, with some fields specific for our needs. Now I've got most of the stuff down, but the problem is that we need to update contacts on a regular basis.

Ideally, when I enter a unique identifier in the form, it loads all data of that contact into their respective fields. However, it currently doesn't do that.

How would I make this possible?

Here's a tip: use the ComboBox wizard to add a cbo to your form and select option #3. See if that works as you wish.
