    Integrating Access with InfoPath

    Hi all -

I am working on a project which will involve building an InfoPath survey based on field data in an Access database.

I've never touched InfoPath beyond creating the survey itself.

Essentially our help desk will log system issue tickets in the database tool. When the ticket is resolved, we want Access to send the user an email which either includes a URL to an InfoPath survey, or the survey itself embedded in the email. The fields for the ticket number, user's name and the help desk agent's name should be autofilled based on the information for that ticket in the database.

Would anyone know how to put this together?

If anyone has any thoughts please reply. Thanks in advance!
