Data not appearing on the table in Access 2007

I have a database being used by 20 users. They enter data to the table with a form. Occasionally, there are records missing on the table. It isn't everyday or everyone, just randomly. I noticed there being an issue with shortcuts to the database being set up incorrectly. I personally went around to make sure that each shortcut was set up correctly. Records are still not appearing on the table randomly. All users are using the latest updated version of Access 2007 and the database. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this may be happening?

Is your db split to FrontEnd and BackEnd? http://allenbrowne.com/ser-01.html

    This sounds bad.
The database should be split into a front end (FE) and a back end (BE). The BE should have only the tables. The FE should have everything but the tables. EACH user should have a copy of the FE on their computer.
The BE normally resides on a network accessible computer (ie server).

Otherwise, you will have a corrupt database at some point.

    Google "split databases"
