    Issue with Report Formatting

I have several fields on my report that are set at Memo datatype. The data is scrambling on the form and populating in the wrong text boxes. I have have formatted the text boxes to shrink or grow with the text. I have also increased the margins on the text boxes. The user has to reformat the report before printing. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this issue?

Is this a report or form object - you reference both? How can data populate wrong textboxes if textboxes are bound to the memo fields?

This is a report. It is called Claims Referral Report. Half of the data that should be in the Summary section of the report is populating in CM/CC Recommendation section. I changed the formatting properties to shrink or grow thinking this would resolve the problem but it hasn't helped at all.

I don't understand. All the data I see on the report is in correct boxes according to what I see in the table/query.

You will have to provide specific cases where you observe errors. Which policy number, what text should be in each field?

Here is an example of how it is formatting the report. It doesn't happen on every record.

You named the file 077036650 but the policy number on report is 077036600.

Neither of these exist in the CR Policy Cert Info table so the report is blank.

Can't help without data to test and have to be able to reproduce the error.
