Only see Greatest Date in query

I need to see ONLY the employee who was on call last, who had the greatest date. Example, if Buck was on call last and his last day on call was 11/14/12,

I ONLY want to see him in my query. Attached is the query I am trying to do this with. It works but shows the other employees also and I dont want to see them.

Sort Descending in the "MaxOfCallNextDate" column.
On the toolbar change the value in "Top Values" from ALL to 1
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.
