    Textbox instead of Combobox

Is it possible to use a textbox instead of the automatically placed combobox access creates for a lookup field? I want to create a form that just displays the information and don't need to select anything from that field.

The issue is that you are doing lookups in your table. This is an Access NO-NO. Look here.

I thought that was the only way to do a lookup. Access made it so easy. What is the alternative?

Could I upload what I have so you could tell me how much "damage" I have in my table design?
