Split Form not showing all records

So my split form is not showing all records in the datasheet as required. Any ideas?

Let me clarify. When I input a record it will save in the datasheet. If I back out of the split form and come back it will not load all the records in the table back into the datasheet.

Could be a variety of causes.

Want to provide db for analysis? Follow instructions at bottom of my post.

The form DataEntry property is set to Yes. This means existing records will not display when the form opens. The setting allows only new records to be entered and displayed until form is closed.

If I open the form it works great. If I open it through the switchboard it doesn't work.

Doesn't matter which way I open the form. None of the records I entered directly in the table display because of the DataEntry property setting. You're right, change the property and the open from switchboard doesn't work. Crud! I don't like macros or switchboards. Debugging is a headache. The embedded macro is set to open the form in 'Add' mode, use 'Edit' instead.
