I believe all you have to do is insert an OLE object into your table - but it has to be a WAV file. You can have a different sound per record.
    1. Go to your table that you want to put sounds in Design View

    2. In the first empty row, type the field name "sound" or whatever you want

    3. In the Data type field, choose OLE object.

    4. Save your table - then open in datasheet view

    5. Right click in the "sound" field and choose insert Object

    6. Either choose "create new" and choose "wave sound" OR choose create from file and browse for the wav sound you are looking for.

    7. Close your table and open the form you are inserting audio on in Design View and drag the "sound" field to your form (or use Form design for new form and insert the "sound" field thru the wizard).

I did this for worker signatures (bmp files) and it worked great! Good luck!

In #6, you have to do that with each record line. So if you have 5 records, each record line in the "sound" column you have to right/click and add your sound.

For #7, you are just adding the field to the form/report just like you would any other field.

I've never used sounds before, just pictures for this process, but for each record, I have a different picture that displays. I haven't tested to see if you can add objects into the table from the form, but I wouldn't see why you wouldn't. Just right click like you would at the table.

Does that help? What exactly are you having troubles with?
