    Auto fill

    Hi All,

I am new to access and to the forum. I need a bit of help. I have set up a database for lab results. I have 3 tables TblLowFatRegistry, TblLowFatTreatment & TblLowFatResults. I have created forms for all three of these tables FrmLowFatRegistry; FrmLowFatTreatment & FrmLowFatResults. The TblLowFatRegistry contains the following ID (generated by access) Lab id; Date Received; Source/Specimen. In the forms FrmLowFatTreatment & FrmLowFatResults I want to be able to put in the lab id and it automatically fill in the Date Received; Source/Specimen fields as they are unique to each lab id. The Lab id; Date Received; Source/Specimen information is not stored in the TblLowFatTreatment & TblLowFatResults as I believe that would be doubling up and is pointless however I do need to be able to see this info in the forms.

I hope this has made sense to someone.

Thanks in advance for the help
