    Calculate number of years.

Hello everyone I am new to access and I am trying to figure out the calculations. I am trying to calculate the number of years each employee has worked for. So I was trying something like this. Total Hours: Sum([tblEmployee]![Startup]+[tblEmployee]![EndDate]) But it is not turning out what I need. I have each employee last name with their startdate and the title of the position they are in.

I dont want it where there is a parameter just to be able to show the years that the employee worked.

You haven't told us much. Tell us about your Table(s). Is this for employees who are still working?

The tables I am using in Employees and Position. The employee list calculate the number of years each employee has worked. And organize the list by the job title within each warehouse.
