Getting rid of a blank row when exporting query to .txt?

when I do a "transfertext/export fixed width" to a text file, I see there's always a blank row created at the bottom of the text file.

How do I get rid of that? My source table has no blank rows, except for the last row with the * which is always there anyway.

we need to provide a customer a text file that has no blank lines. Have searched everywhere for ways to remove the line but not getting anywhere.

    Any help is much appreciated
    thanks

Can you post a copy of your mdb with enough data to show the problem?
