Report - Copied Data Fields Are In Differnt Order When Pasted

I have set up a great report, and I highlighted a three individual records and pasted them into an MS Outlook e-mail in the appropriate areas. I was thrilled to see that the formatting was retained and the column headings and the report name were also pasted with each record! I did notice that two of the adjacent columns I copied were switched when I pasted them. Can I fix this?

No idea why this happens. Can't replicate the issue. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
