Set height of multiple fields based on max height on one

I am looking for a way to determine the max height of four fields and set the height on the other three to the max height.

All four fields can grow or shrink and any one of them could have the max height.

Any simple way of doing this? My guess is that it would be associated with the On Format event.

    Thanks...

This is probably not easy, if it is even possible.

If you make the textbox BorderStyle Transparent then the size differences are not noticeable.

Thanks but the effect of a dynamic border is desirable. What I ended up doing was to just put a top and bottom hairline surrounding the field. I don't get the sides, but for now, that's as close as I'm going to get.

What do you mean by 'top and bottom hairline' - a line control?
