Ryan: Quesion.) I have a query that runs fine. It pops up and gives me the results I want, however I want those results to be displayed on a SubForm.
RuralGuy: Answer.) Create a form with the wizard that uses your query. Set the default display mode to datasheet and then use the SubForm wizard to add this new form as a SubForm to your MainForm.
Thank you RuralGuy, It does work but with new problems.
1.) I need it to display with (critiea) or (Filter) on the Mainform. I added the critiea line in the query to pull from the main form from 2 drop down boxes. (Grade and Description). Instead the query shows ALL Angle Iron in inventory.
2.) The query box appears infront of the main form. Can I simply make the query box hidden (only display in the subform?).
Thanks Again!!!
P.S. This Forum is the best on the web for MS Access!!
I found out how to make this work. When you run the query thru a combo box, right click it, then click remove filter/sort
The data is inputed just like it should be. WORKS WONDERFUL. Now if I can just figure out how to just click instead of right click combo box and hit remove filter/sort....
