Help With Creating Invoice Program

Hi Everybody,


I am planning to make a program for my Company for Invoicing,Quotation,Stock and order management. There are lots of items we are manufacturing and We have two level of taxation. Example on a product of Rs.100 we 1st have 10% tax that totals to Rs.110 then again 2% on 110 that makes it 112.2. Please help me by advicing me how should i start making this program with tables,forms,queries and relations. Thanks a ton in advance.
