Question Creating relationship for multiple tables

Im creating a new database using Access 2010 with four main table: [owner], [land], [bldg] & [machine]. Each tables contains several fields; the [owner] contains info regarding the ownership while the rest contains information regarding the property with a lot of details.....

Now the problem is how to create relationship between [owner] to the 3 other tables, in which when i click the "+" in the [owner] it will show the information of each property table.

Write a short 3-5 line description of
    a) what these things are, and
    b) how these things are related
    in "your business".
