Forms updating two tables New Question

Ok, I am switching gears here since I have not found a solution that seems to work. In my tasks table, I changed the ID to be a lookup from the employees table, so that the user can simply look up the name. In my form, I would like the ability to add a "New Employee" from that look-up field. I would like it to create a new record in the employee table at that point and at that point take you to that table. Perhaps this isn't possible?

This is a combobox lookup? So if the combobox doesn't have the name/ID, open a form to add new record?

Check out the NotInList event of combobox http://www.blueclaw-db.com/access_no...ed_example.htm
