new at access and have no idea on how to build my idea.

hi all. I'm new at access and im trying to build a database that looks like the image below, but i do not know where to start. What I would like to do is stream line all my past cases( 20 years worth). Also I would like to add wav and video to the form and then be able to print out everything into a form.
    thanks again.

Here's a couple of links that you can read through to get started:

Your data will all be in Tables - so a good place to start is to read up about how to organize the data in yoru tables so that it meets the requirements of efficient database structure. You can Google Database Normalization . . . and read the info on a site like this:
    http://www.database-normalization.com/
to learn how to set up your tables.

Once you set up your tables & put data directly into them - then you can start learning about creating Forms [like the one in your screenshot] to enter, display, change and delete data in your tables.

The Form in your screenshot is a 'Tabbed Form' and is quite an advanced mechanism for working with your data.
It may be the ideal tool for what you need - but it will take a bit of work to get there.

    Still . . . one step at a time!

Post your questions back here! All the best!
