I'm hoping someone can help please. I'm trying to create a database with employees training records.
As I'm knew to access i'm officially starting from scratch. Im looking for a database which can hold each employees details, Name, Service, Department, Job Title, Area and approved spend. Each person is assessed at a different level and then assessed on different skill elements at that level, i would like to have tabs for each skill element and which which courses have been attended relating to that level.
Any info would be much appreciated.
