Creating Report and Displaying records in date sequence

I have access set up as a consignment program. All information for a person is pulled off liscense and that person may have 3-4 different items under the drivers liscense number. So each items is a unique record

I have a field that shows the item as being currently in store or is not currently in store. I would like to set up a report based on that persons drivers liscense. It would need to be sorted based on if it's a: in store and b: by date (earliest date to latest). I'm not sure how to set it up. Any help would be appreciated.

You can sort on more than one field. dl number first, then InStore, then date. Try it.
