Screen tips not showing when Access report is exported to Html document

Screen tips work when I view the report on the screen, however when downloaded in HTLM format the screen tips don't work. If I download the HTLM report directly from the Query used to create the report the screen tips work fine. Any solution to the problem?

What do you mean by 'screen tips'? Never heard of this. Controls on form/report do have a ControlTipText property. No idea how a query would have 'screen tips'.

The screen tips in a hyperlink field. When I hover the the pointer over the word in the field, the screen tips work on screen, but when I download the report in html format, the screen tips no longer pop up. Example of the field input is (1 hr/WA)#http://hacoaa.org##1 Hour Wheelchair Accessible. When you hover over the field "1 Hour Wheelchair Accessible" shows on the report, but not when I download the report in html format. I hope that make sense?

Understand now. I don't have any db set up with hyperlink fields and therefore no report to test with. Do you want to provide file for analysis? Follow instructions at bottom of my post.

I have attached the database. This is a work in progress. The field that I'm concerned with is the "Code" field. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for your help.

The query export has option to 'Export data with formatting and layout' that is not available with the report export. If I did not check this option for the query, then the popup tip code did not generate.
