Display record in unbound text field on form

I have two table
1.Equipment
i.ID
ii.Name
2.History
i.ID
ii.Job

Equipment [ID] and History [ID] are linked with primary key....

Now i have a form containing History table fields

The problem is ;

on History Form , i also want to display Name field from Equipment table having Equipment [ID]which is matched with showing History [ID] field.... how to do that in easiest way.... hope you under stand my problem....
