    Access Help

My experince with access has only ever been for my use only. I've decided to build a db for a construction that would be shared over a network and I have no experince with that setup. ONly talking 5 users max and no server will be used. Also, I need to know how to create the user freindly front end and the back end. Any info on this would be great.

If you have a specific question or issue, someone might be able to help. In the meantime, here's a link on MultiUser:

I would start a new thread if you have a specific question.

If I use the split database function I think this will do what I need eh? The database will be shared on network and only have 3 people using at once.

You definately want to split you db into FrontEnd and BackEnd and each user should have their own copy of the FrontEnd.

I don't usually split my db's until I'm ready to release for use. It is easier to develop while it is all in one db.
