Preventing changes in a split database file

I have created a back end database so that the person data entering off of the form I created cannot go back in and minipulate the data. The form file is password protected.

How can I prevent someone then going into the Layout and Design views of the form to make changes?

You can hide the navigation pane and ribbon and disable shortcut menu. However, F11 can open the navigation pane and holding shift key when opening project can override file settings and make the ribbon available. Will need more code to control this accessibility or convert the frontend to run-time (mde) version.
