The Campus field, which is a look up field in table and query, changes from text to number when displayed in report. How can I get it to display in the report as the intended text?

Lookup set in table bites again. Review http://access.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm

The report RecordSource needs to be a query that joins the two tables. This will make the related info from both tables available. Bind textbox to the field that has the actual campus name, not the foreign key field that really stores the campus ID.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
