Getting values from Excell

Hi guys,

Im trying to get certain values from two tabs of an excell sheet.
Is it possible to automaticly get data from column A and row 4 to 100 for example ?

Here is one easy way. If you "name" your range in Excel, you can import/link just that named range in Access.
