    Getting rid of blank labels

    Hello all,

I have a report that is setup to print shipping labels. These labels are four labels at 4x6", and the label paper they are printing on is 8 1/2 x 14. On my report in design view, it is formatted so only one label is shown/fits in the area. When going to print preview, the label does properly advance downward onto the second label on the paper, for the next record generating the next label. I'm a little stuck on how I get the report to go to the next column, and print on the next two labels on the paper, for the following two records.

If that was confusing, here's what I have:

So right now, I'm losing two labels per print. I would like to utilize all four.

    Thanks,
    Adam

I think I may have figured it out. I'll play a little more and post back.
