Mail Merge a MS Access 2000 Form field (containing an expression) to MS Word

I hope someone can help please.

I've created a mail merge process and that's all fine; however, some of the Form fields contain expressions in the Control Source and, when it's merged, the results of the calculation don't appear.

Does anyone know how I do this please ?

    Thanks

I have never done mail merge but possible the data must come from a native table field, not a calculated result of a textbox.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
