Access Newbie--How to autocreate task lists using web database

I am pretty new to Access. I am using the Access 2010 Web Projects Database Template that is on microsoft.com as a way to manage projects in my department. I have certain categories of jobs that almost always have the same tasks that need to be completed by my designers based on the type of job it is.

When I add a new project how can I get Access to autocreate some generic tasks based on the project category. I have attached some pictures to show the basic project categories I have, and the generic list of tasks that need to be completed for a project with a category of "Tooling"

    Thanks for the help
