Every time I close or save changes

Every time i open, close or make changes to a form while in layout or design view it gives me the message "You must enter a value in the tblTenant.Unit" field. It doesn't do any of that while I am actually using the form. It only happens when I'm using it in layout or design view. Anyone know what could be the issue?

Not sure why it would be doing that, but you should try hitting ESC once before closing the form. That should stop it from trying to save a record.
