Group title carrying forward to next group

First of all I am new to access but have had some experience with other reporting tools, so please be gentle.
We are having trouble with a report repeating the Group and Subgroup onto the first page of the next group. The 3rd grouping is correct, but the titles for the group appear to carry forward onto the new group. How can we correct this?

This only happening on the first page of a new group, not any of the other pages for that group. We have checked the DB and the data is correct it just seems to be carrying the group and sub-group forward, the rest of the data is correct.

The 2nd group titles not showing at all?

No, the Group titles show but just on the second page. For example:

Group: Academic Affairs
Sub-Group: English
Sub-Group2: Account 1
Account 2
Account 3

Group:Academic Affairs (Should be Fiscal Services)
Sub Group: English (Should be Accounting)
Sub-Group2: Account 1 (Correct)
Account 2 (Correct)
Account 3 (Correct)

Group: Fiscal Services
Sub-Group: Purchasing
Sub-Group2: Account 1
Account 2
Account 3

Must be something about the report structure and cannot analyze without working directly with the object.
