Exclamation Multiple Checkboxes to Populate Data Cell

    Hello everyone,

I am building a licensing form where I need to assign qualifications to the license from a set of several options. I'd like to be able to have the person issuing the license check off all needed options, which would then populate into a cell so when the license is generated it will autopopulate. More detailed example of what I'm after:

    Options for License: A, B, C, D, E, F, G (Each has it's own check box.)

    I check off: A, C, E, and G

I would Ideally like the cell/license form to generate on the license: "A, C, E, G" under the section where it listed their qualifications. If I return to the license and add more, or subtract some, it would also need to update the field.

Having a little trouble figuring this out, any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thankyou!

    Hi sonoamore,

Dont know much about access 2010, but below attached is a DB (2007) which might help you.
Say your field is license and datatype - text. Click the dropdown in design view of table and click lookup wizard. Type in the values you want A,B,C....,G. Say next.. and click the checkbox that says allow multiple values finish lookup wizard. See the property sheet lookup tab and check if Allow Multiple Values is Yes, else set it to Yes.
