    Use a combo box in the main form to filter records in the subform

    Hi,

    Referred to the pictures below:



    I want to use the combo box UpdatedMomCity to filter the information in the table in the subform. For example, if I choose Bountiful, I want a list of mothers appearing in the subform.

    However, for some reasons. the subform only show 1 mother. Is there away to fix that?

    Actually, I've solved my own problem, I do have another question though. If there is only 1 mother from bountiful, the subform won't show any. I still have no idea why.

    Under thread tools at top of first question the bottom item is Solved.
