Insert multiple record in sub form

I have to insert multiple record in subform from another table3 with key field for table1



table 1 is triptable tripnumber , vehicalnumber ....
table 2 is triproute tripnumber , LHPOno, tripdate, Advance, fright
table 3 is RoutDetail LHPOno, tripdate, Advance, fright


I want to insert record from routdetails to triproute with triptable field tripnumber
