Blank recrods being added when I switch to Design View

When I'm in my data entry form and I switch to Design View then back to Form View, a new blank record gets added to my table. It gives the record an ID number but everything else is blank. Any suggestions?

Have u got some code in form_open or Form_load wich automaticly adds a new record ?
Some of my databases have this so the user allways gets a new record when opening the form.
When u switch from design view to normal view theoreticly this can generate a new record.
I must say, this doesnt happen to my databases, but its the only thing i can think of right now.

No form_open or form_load as far as I can see. It automatically adds a new record when I open the form.
