When I upload the FE to sharepoint and distribute this to all users, do all users only need the initial copy? I have the BE on a centralized computer and the FE is linked to the BE using the Linked Table Manager. All users have permission to the shared computer file. However, we do not have share drives.

How can I ensure that sharepoint FE has the same information as each users combined FE? Do I have to continuously click the 'Save to Sharepoint site' at the end of each day for every user? This seems to overwrite the previous file.

Desired Result: Users would like to access tables, forms, and queries from sharepoint in a live environment and each FE is synchronized with the BE and Sharepoint.
