    Printing 6" X 4"

Report design view shows a 6" wide x 4" high report, which is exactly what I want. But when the report is printed, it comes out much larger, like 7" x 5".

How do I get it to print exactly 6" x 4"?

Are you using special paper in the Printer Setup?

I will be using a 6" x 4" card stock when final printing but for now I've been "testing" with a regular 8.5" x 11" paper.

You need to keep your report within the printable area of your printer.

Can you suggest a web site that can explain this "You need to keep your report within the printable area of your printer" to me better please?

I'm not sure what this means and the report size in design view is 6"x4" already, so I'm confused as to what I'm not seeing. Thanks.

In design mode, when you go to File>Page Setup...>Page tab, what size paper do you have set?

Paper size is set to "letter"

I also went into "Columns" and set it up as follows:

    # of Columns = 1
    Row Spacing = 2
    Column Size = 6" x 4"
    Same as detail = checked

    And it worked perfectly.
