Question How to check all Yes/No records in a table?

    Hello,

I have a Yes/No field in a table with all values unchecked by default. I ran a query to meet a specific criteria and now I want to check all Yes/No records of the result so they become Yes. Is there an easy way to do it? Because when you select the column there is no option to "mark all as checked".

    Thanks.

An Update Query will do that.

Thank you very much Bob Fitz, that worked!

I didn't know what is an Update Query, but after you said that I looked at this article http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010076527.aspx and it explained how to do it.

    Solved.

I think there is something very similar in the Access Help files as well.
