cascade combo boxes in continous forms

hello guys,

New here, hoping for assistance in finding a solution .

I have cascaded combo boxes in a continous sub-form responded ok, but the problem is that the fields repeated in all other entries where each is different in the real world. How can I have these fields to act individually?
