Report or query not showing all records

I'm a newbie to Access.


My tables are linked as per the following:
Shipment 1 --> Vessel 1 --> Supplier1 --> Wgt & Quality information from that supplier
Shipment 1 --> Vessel 1 --> Supplier2 --> as above...
Shipment 1 --> Vessel 1 --> Supplier3 --> as above

Shipment 2 --> Vessel 2 --> Supplier1 --> as above
Shipment 2--> Vessel 2 --> Supplier2 --> as above
NO 3rd supplier

The above shows how each Shipment/Vessel can have 2 or 3 different suppliers of product.

I have 5 different vessels:
4 vessel have 2 suppliers
1 vessel has 3 suppliers

My problem: When I run a report and include each vessel, then each Supplier 1 of each vessel, then each supplier 2 of each vessel - the report shows all data.
But when I include supplier 3 - it only shows that 1 vessel that has 3 suppliers.

How can I keep all vessels showing including data regardless of whether they have 3rd supplier data or not?
HELP!

Till some one comes along, check the join type if multiple tables are involved.

Thanks for replying. So this is the "Join Type" when creating a relationship? Which type do you think would be suitable?

Check out "Left Join" (something like "Select all records from the left table & matching records from the right table").
