Bringing information in to access table through GUI questionnaire?

Hello, i am making a access program for my computer repair shop for logging in computers and tracking customer and computer data, i have figured out how to create the tables correctly, and input them in to a custom form to generate the paperwork that i need, i have a question though, inputting the information through tables is a long and uninspired process, i would like to create a Questionnaire GUI popup box that would ask questions to make it point click and type all the information in a simple way, once we put in the first questions answer i would like to click next and go to the next questions..... the answers to these questions would fill in the table that i in turn use for the forms to generate our invoices and so on.

If you are having to repeatedly enter the customer info then database is not structured correctly and/or forms are not properly designed. Do you want to provide project for analysis? Follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
