    Report Question, Need Help

    Hello all,



    I'm having an issue with my Ms access reports. I have one report called Near_Miss_Report_Table and this reports works fine, It has a field called Incident_number which holds a criteria of Like Forms!FormName!Incident_Number, no problems there. The problem I have is that when I copy this report as Near_Miss_Report_Table2 and change the criteria to be filtered ... lets say by Person, Like Forms!FormName!Person. when I do that and save it it also changes the criteria on the other report "Near_Miss_Report_Table". What i don't understand is why is one report changing the criteria of my other report automatically by changing the criteria on report 2, any ideas, or am i going crazy and my pc is possessed?

    Are both reports based on the same query (what is the record source of each report)? If so, that would be the problem. You can move the criteria to code and be more flexible:
