Could be a HUGE problem with my database...Please Help

I've encountered what could be a huge problem with my database. I've imported data from Excel manually for this database.

I have a table with patient information including full SSN.

The data I copied from Excel went into a 2nd table. Unfortunately, the data from excel, some users entered in only last 4 of SSN.

How would I pull the full SSN from the patient table into the 2nd table to overwrite the imported data?

I tried creating a query to pull all the information from the 2nd table and only those records that were equal in the Name Field of both, but for some reason the query only returned two results.
