Can a list of the objects within a custom group be queried?

I have some custom Object groups created in the Navigation pane. I would like to create a query of the contents (a list of the objects) that a custom group consists of.

Is it possible and if so how?

    Thank you.

Can't find anything about querying the navigation Object groups. The only thing I can see that might come close to what you want is the Database Documenter on the Database Tools tab. Caution, this report can take a very long time to run and uses a ton of paper, unless it has changed significantly with 2010.
