Make time series data

Hi all, i'm newbie in access and i use access 2010 and i want to make a time series data of water quality. For example in station 1 i have differnt parameters and every year i need to input the data. so in station 1 i have parameters (ex. ph, temp, etc) in few years time (ex. 2009, 2010, 2011) how i make the best access data base format and to display it in a form.
