Navigation Buttons not working please help

I have designed this form and when I click on the "Previous Record Button" it only takes me back 3 records. I need it to allow me to view ANY record that was previously entered in. I have checked properties compared to my other forms and they are identical. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Im using 2003.

Is this the native navigation control that comes with each form? Do you have a filter applied?

    Navigation Buttons with access

I have checked all my properties of the fom and Record selectors = yes, Record locks = no locks, Cycle = all records, I have no idea what else it could be? Its a minor detail but I need to be able to scroll back through all records to find what I am looking for. Thanks for your help.

How about attaching your db to a post and we'll take a look at it?
