Not new, but might as well be

Hi all! I have used Access for the last five or more years. I know the basics, but I have all these ideas of how Access can work better for me.

I currently have an Excel staff schedule that I made from an online template. It works well with the drop down menus and conditional formatting for each of the job locations. However, I would really like to be able to print each employee's schedule without having to print the entire schedule. Is there anyway that I can do this in Access? I'm sure that I'll probably have to change the format of the schedule, but I'm thinking it'll have to be linked as the schedule changes several times a day.

I put a screenshot of the Excel schedule below as it will not allow me to upload Excel files.

Thanks in advance for your helpful insight!

    Melissa

    Review Access-only examples in https://www.accessforums.net/showthr...duling-Presses

Having Access link to the worksheet and selectively print schedule might be possible. Have you tried a link?
